Champions of Freedom

Frank Gilmour, received 2.2% of the vote in his 2006 run for the US Senate and ran for the Missouri State Senate District 15 in 2004.

Charles Baum, received 2.8% of the vote in his 2006 run for Missouri State Auditor.

Doug Burlison, former Greene County LP Chair, lead petition effort to force an audit of the Springfield city finances, ran for Springfield City Council in 2006 and came close to winning with 48% of the vote. After being selected for this award Doug Burlison was elected to the Springfield City Council in April of 2007.

Greg Rennier, ran for Missouri State Representative in 2002, founding member and very active in the Boone Liberty Coalition and Boone County LP Treasurer.
