Missouri Libertarian Party Releases the Second Episode of Its FED UP! Campaign Video

Daddy Republican, Mommy Democrat and Baby Voter are at it again! The Missouri Libertarian Party launched its FED UP! in Missouri campaign to coincide with the Libertarian National Convention in St. Louis over Memorial Day weekend. The launch included a series of radio and newspaper ads in the St. Louis area, directing voters to the FedUpinMO.com website to view the first episode of the humorous, yet hard-hitting video featuring Daddy Republican, Mommy Democrat and Baby Voter.

The resounding message we have heard from voters during our outreach for the last year is that they are Fed Up! with big government at every level, noted Missouri LP chair, Dr. Cisse Spragins. Voters realize the corrupt two-party system, chock full of long term incumbent career politicians is leading this country to ruin. They are looking for an alternative.

In response to this growing feeling of discontent, the Missouri LP created the Fed Up! campaign to encourage voters to go to the polls for the August 3rd primaries and request a Libertarian ballot. A significant Libertarian turnout would definitely send a message to the political establishment, Spragins, noted. In addition, due to the dramatically increased interest in political alternatives, the Missouri Libertarian Party will have several contested races on the primary ballot in August. Voters who are sick and tired of bailouts, stimulus plans that only stimulate bigger government, government takeover of health care, rising unemployment, never-ending foreign wars, and a big brother police state will find common ground with the Libertarian Party.
